All repairs start with diagnostics and is paid upon check in.($59.00 down)
In order to find out all the problems with your computer, it is mandatory that we perform diagnostics so that nothing is overlooked. We treat each repair as if it where our very own computer. Somtimes problems can be revealed that you may not be aware of.

The Express #1 package includes:
- Full diagnostics of your computer
- If all hardware tests are good, then it is eligible for this package.
We will format your hard drive (erase everything including viruses) and restores it back to factory condition.
- This package does not save any data you might need or programs
We provide you with a complete security suite and show you how to use it before you leave the store.
- Please allow yourself 10 to 15 minutes when you come to pick up your computer for QA.
